The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users and visitors of the website about the processing of personal data provided during registration, requesting a quotation, and subscribing to the newsletter on the www.humanfirstconsulting.com website (hereinafter: Website). This privacy policy has been prepared based on the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the right of informational self-determination and freedom of information, and in cases not regulated herein, the provisions of the referenced law shall apply.

The Website can be viewed by anyone without providing personal data. Viewing the Website, using the newsletter function, requesting a quotation, and registration are free of charge. If the user wishes to receive regular newsletters from pozsartdesign.hu and subscribes to the newsletter, requests a quotation, or registers to use the extended features of the Website, the Service Provider shall apply the following data protection rules.

According to Article VI (2) of the “Freedom and Responsibility” chapter of the Fundamental Law of Hungary, “Everyone has the right to the protection of their personal data.” Based on Section 3 of Act CXII of 2011 on the right of informational self-determination and freedom of information:

  1. data subject: any identified or identifiable natural person based on personal data;
  2. personal data: any data relating to the data subject, in particular the name, identification number, and any information relating to the physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the data subject, as well as any inference drawn from such data;
  3. consent: the voluntary and explicit indication of the data subject’s wishes, based on adequate information, by which they give their unambiguous consent to the processing of personal data relating to them;
  4. data controller: the natural or legal person or organization without legal personality that determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, either alone or jointly with others, makes decisions regarding data processing (including the tools used), and implements them or has them implemented by a data processor;
  5. data processing: any operation performed on personal data, regardless of the procedure used, including collection, recording, storage, organization, modification, use, retrieval, transmission, disclosure, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction, as well as preventing further use of data, taking photographs, audio or video recordings, and recording physical characteristics suitable for identifying a person (e.g. fingerprints, palm prints, DNA samples, iris scans);
  6. data processor: a natural or legal person or organization without legal personality that processes data on behalf of the data controller based on a contract;
  7. third party: a natural or legal person or organization that is not the data subject, the data controller, or the data processor.

According to Section 20 of Act CXII of 2011, the data subject must be clearly and comprehensively informed prior to the start of data processing about all facts related to the processing of their data, including in particular the purpose and legal basis of processing, the persons authorized to process and handle the data, the duration of processing, whether personal data is processed under Section 6 (5), and who may access the data. The information must also cover the rights of the data subject and available legal remedies.

Based on the above, HUMAN FIRST CONSULTING, as the data controller, informs all registered users, quotation requesters, and newsletter subscribers of the following:

Purpose of data processing: maintaining contact with website users for information or service/product fulfillment purposes, sending newsletters, sending individual offers, participation in promotional campaigns, prize draws, notifying winners, and delivering prizes (periodic promotions);

Legal basis for data processing: Act CXII of 2011 and the voluntary, explicit, informed, and unambiguous consent of users;

Scope of processed data: in case of newsletter subscription, name and email address; in case of registration, name, address, phone number, email address, password; optional data may include nickname, age, education, interests, gender, date of birth, fax number, website address, occupation;

Duration of data processing: the data controller processes the above data until the user deletes their registration or unsubscribes from the newsletter. Upon deletion request or unsubscription, the related personal data will be deleted.

If personal data was collected with the consent of the data subject, the data controller may process the data without further consent, even after withdrawal, if required for legal obligations or for legitimate interests, provided such interests are proportionate.

The data controller does not use personal data for purposes other than those stated above and does not disclose it to third parties.

The data controller takes all necessary technical measures to ensure data security and prevent unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion, or destruction, as well as accidental damage. All employees with access to such data are bound by confidentiality.

The data subject may request:

  1. information about the processing of their data,
  2. correction of their data,
  3. deletion or restriction of their data.

Personal data must be deleted if:

  1. processed unlawfully;
  2. requested by the data subject;
  3. incomplete or incorrect and cannot be legally corrected;
  4. the purpose has ceased or retention period expired;
  5. ordered by a court or authority.

Users may request deletion at any time in writing via the contact details provided.

Instead of deletion, data may be restricted if requested or if deletion would harm legitimate interests.

The data controller may modify this policy at any time in accordance with applicable laws. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

Legal remedies are governed by Act CXII of 2011 and the Civil Code. Users may turn to court or the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

The data controller is not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by users.

Personal data is disclosed to third parties only if required by law. Users will be notified by email if such disclosure occurs.
