About me
As an HR and career consultant, I help people and opportunities find each other – both in Hungary and internationally, from junior level through to executive positions.
My name is Dóra Tengerdi, and I work in HR, recruitment and selection, executive search, and career coaching.
Over the past 8+ years, I have gained experience as an HR professional, interim recruiter, and independent consultant, working with clients in Hungary and internationally, including the DACH region. Throughout my career, I have been involved in complex recruitment processes, executive search assignments, and the development of HR and hiring systems.
I have conducted several thousand interviews and assessed even more candidates across a wide range of fields, including IT, SAP, engineering, R&D, manufacturing-related, and traditional office roles, as well as leadership and senior executive positions.
I work fluently in both English and German, which allows me to collaborate effectively with international clients and decision-makers.
Alongside recruitment, career coaching has become a key focus of my work. Over the years, I have supported many people in finding jobs in Hungary and abroad, changing careers, redefining their direction, or returning to the labour market – for example after parental leave.
I am especially committed to supporting those who feel stuck in their careers, are experiencing burnout, or are uncertain about their next step.
